| TFO Protocol

| Moesarc Technology has developed a tester for TFO
protocols for GSM. The TFO functions are software modules that may
be installed in the existing MT-200X GSM Phase2+ protocol analyser
and simulator. With the TFO protocol support, the MT-200X can simulate
a TFO-capable TRAU connected to the A interface. All codecs are supported;
i.e. FR, HR, EFR and AMR. This allows testing of TRAUs as well as IPEs
(In Path Equipment). |

| On the A interface, SS7 signalling can be used
to automatically configure the MT-200X, when the desired call is
set up. With the combination of real-time and offline protocol decode
as well as the powerful simulation capabilities, the MT-200X is a
very efficient tool for both GSM system manufacturers and operators |
