| Protocol options and other facilities |
| |
| Packages: |
| Data pack:
GSM 04.22, 07.02, 07.03 analysis.
These protocols include Phase 2+ HSCSD (high speed). Multilink RLP
functions are supported (RLP versions 0,1, and 2). |
| |
| Fax pack:
Fax transmission speeds of up
to 14.4 kbps are supported. GSM 03.45, T.30 and T.4 analysis. Error
Correction Mode (ECM) is supported. The fax picture can be displayed
using our MTReplay software. |
| |
| TRAU pack: Support at the Abis
interface for all traffic frame types. Analysis is available for
the GSM 08.60 and 08.61. |
| |
| A-TRAU: Phase 2+ is supported
up to the full speed of 57,600bps. |
| |
| Speech:
ALL GSM codects (FR, HR, EFR,
and AMR) are supported. This enables the test and verification of
both the quality of the speech and the delay incurred by the switch(es)
measured on the A- and Abis interfaces. Both A-law and u-law are
supported in addition to raw 8-bit unsigned PCM. |
| |
| TFO: GSM 08.62 is supported.
In addition to the normal simulation and analysis facilities, a script
of simulating a TFO state-machine can be provided. |
| |
| ITU-T V.120: Decode of ITU-T V.120. |
| |
| A-S HDLC: MT-250X supports decode of asynchronous
to synchronous HDLC. |
| |
| PPP: Decode of PPP, LCP, IPCP, IP, TCP, UDP,
and ICMP over ITU-T V.110, ITU-T V.120, GSM V.110, A-TRAU, and E-TRAU
asynchronous data, L2RCOP, and A-S HDLC. |
| |
| Other accessories: |
Simulation Scripts:The MT-250X is also able to transmit data on the E1/T1 line using a set of predefined
scripts. The following functionality comes with the MT-250X as part
of the standard delivery:
Transmission and reception of COP data
over RLP.
Speech transmission and reception using standard speech
files.
Raw data transmission from user defined data files
Other scripts may be provided by Moesarc if need arises. |
| |
| MTReplay: MTReplay software runs under MS-Windows
9x/NT and is a tool for offline analysis of captured files. In addition
to all the above protocols, it provides the following facilities: |
| |
| V.42 bis: The ability to encode and decode V.42bis
data. |
| |
| T4 bitmap picture: Re-build the T.4 fax bitmap
from fax data. |
